Accounts are managed by CFTC/NFA registered and regulated Commodity Trading Advisors (CTAs) that, among other things, are subject to periodic regulatory audits. Further, VAM FOREX performs strict due diligence of each CTA that VAM FOREX considers for introduction to its customers, and VAM FOREX will not do business with any CTA that can not provide verifiable documentation to support reported performance.
In addition, Victor Guerrero and John Nobile (the brokers who maintain VAMFOREX.COM), also own and operate Victor Asset Management, L.L.C., a CFTC/NFA registered Commodity Trading Advisor/Commodity Pool Operator (CTA/CPO) and Registered Investment Advisor in the State of Texas. Victor Asset Management, L.L.C. not only offers its own CTA investment program, but also has many alternative investment contacts and may further assist individuals and entities with investment opportunities across a number of different markets and/or money managers.
