Basic Terms and Conditions:
1. Round-turn rebate amounts are based on FCM/Broker, monthly trading volume and contract type.
2. Round-turns are based on 100K notional contracts.
3. Only accounts held at the FCMs/Brokers listed at vamforex.com are eligible for Cash Back.
4. The FCM/Broker is not responsible for determining or calculating customer rebate amounts.
5. Your account must list VAM FOREX (division of Valhalla Capital Group) as introducing broker.
6. Rebates are paid by VAM FOREX from compensation it receives from the FCM/Broker.
7. Rebates are distributed only after VAM FOREX has received its monthly FCM/Broker compensation
8. VAM FOREX is only obligated to pay rebates for which it has received FCM/Broker compensation.
9. Rebate amounts depend on FCM/Broker compensation and are subject to change without notice.
10. VAM FOREX expects that rebates will be distributed within 30 days of the end of each month.
11. Under no circumstance will VAM FOREX pay rebates to a third party.
12. Payments are sent only to the customer address, email or bank account on file with the FCM.
13. Any delay of rebate payments will be documented and promptly communicated to the customer.
14. Any fees incurred by VAM FOREX when initiating payment shall be borne by the customer.
15. Any fees related to item 10 above will be deducted from the rebate amount paid.
16. VAM FOREX reserves the right to terminate agreement for any reason without notice.
17. Upon termination of the agreement, VAM FOREX will pay rebates earned up to termination date.
