SERVICES FOR TRADING ADVISORS & MONEY MANAGERS
Taking advantage of our extensive business relationships and knowledge of trading products can allow you to focus on your core business activities: sales and trading. The services VAM FOREX can provide will vary based on the Trading Advisor's specific requirements, asset under management and regulatory jurisdiction.
Capital Introduction. VAM FOREX is a CFTC registered Introducing Broker and can introduce a Trading Advisor's forex and/or commodity futures trading programs to our qualified investors. VAM FOREX will only introduce its customers to experienced Trading Advisors that can provide verifiable documentation to support reported performance.
Mutliple FCM/Dealer/Prime Brokers. VAM FOREX has clearing relationships with a number of well-established FCMs, Dealers and Prime Brokers. With multiple clearing arrangements, customers will have access to a wide array of trading products and services to choose from including:
> Multiple clearing firms and Prime
Brokers to choose from
> Multiple trading platforms to
choose from including multiple ECNs
> FIX, API and GUI capabilities
(Black Box programming/hosting can be arranged)
> Complete back-office system
backed up by a 24-hour support desk
Commission Discounts (Futures). Trading Advisors who trade through VAM FOREX as their IB will be eligible to receive discounted commission rates based on monthly trading volume.
Competitive Low/No Cost Trading (Forex). Clearing and brokerage entities are usually compensated through the bid/ask spread, though certain trading arrangements may require they be compensated via mark-ups (such as give-ups, ECN charges, etc.). Commission/rebate rates charged will vary by FCM/Dealer/Prime Broker and are generally based on one of more of the following: monthly trading volume, account size, method of execution.
*Special note for START-UP TRADERS: Though VAM FOREX will generally not introduce clients to a Trading Advisor until a track record is well established, VAM FOREX can assist start-ups with:
